Scholarships
ABS Earn Merit Scholarship- Allegiance Beauty School offers an Earn Merit Scholarship to newly and previously enrolled students in the standard 1500 hour Cosmetology course. This aid is awarded to help pay the tuition for students who complete the standard Cosmetology course on time and maintain high academic grades. Aid is rewarded to the student after meeting the following requirements:
Maintain at least an eighty-five (85%) average in all subjects
Maintain a minimum attendance record of 85%
A student may not miss more than (4) Saturdays.
Complete a 500-word essay
$2,500 Cosmetology Scholarship – Awarding $2,500 every 3 months to aspiring students of cosmetology, barbering, esthetics, nail tech, makeup, and other beauty disciplines. The annual deadline is March 01, 2022. This scholarship can be used to attend cosmetology schools, nail technology programs, esthetics schools, laser hair removal training, permanent makeup school, and other beauty disciplines.
The Simple Dollar’s Guide to Scholarships for International Students- A resource that provides a list of over 100 scholarships and includes helpful information such as application requirements, due dates, and links to application pages. This guide also includes scholarship application tips and a checklist to ensure every student is fully prepared to begin the application process.
Milady RISE Scholarship- A total of ten (10), $500 recipients will be selected by the Professional Beauty Association—five for students currently enrolled in school, and five for beauty/wellness professionals for industry-related continuing education.
All applications are due by December 15, 2021 and recipients will be notified by the Professional Beauty Association on January 31, 2022.
